We have an amazing opportunity for a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Officer. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?
As the MEL Officer within the Hollywoodbets Foundation, you’ll play a key role in supporting the design and implementation of our Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning system. Your main focus will be updating historical data to align with current MEL frameworks and requirements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
You’ll also help improve MEL practices to boost programme effectiveness while driving learning across the Foundation. In collaboration with multiple teams, you’ll deliver reliable, actionable insights that guide decision-making and enhance the impact of our initiatives.

You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Social Sciences, Statistics, or Development Studies
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an MEL role within NGOs or related organisations
A Bonus To Have:
- Master’s degree
What You’ll Do For The Brand:
System Development & Implementation:
- Support the design, refinement, and implementation of robust MEL systems, tools, and processes.
- Review, clean, and update historical and current programme data to align with MEL frameworks.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses and generate detailed reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data consistency and comparability across different reporting periods and programmes.
Capacity Building & Quality Assurance:
- Support capacity-building initiatives on effective data collection and MEL practices.
- Perform regular data quality assessments and recommend improvements.
